General Information
It is mandatory that branding elements are used for all areas of the event location, e.g., the Burgplatz, stage area, foyer, dining hall, etc.
To assist in your branding decisions for events, we offer different packages to provide a wide variety of CI-approved materials to create a professional and unified brand experience.
Branding Package S
Our smaller package of branding items includes the branding corner with the WHU logo or the WHU values and our LED cubes, beach flags, roll ups, and pop-up counter.
Branding Package M
For events such as larger conferences, our Branding Package M includes the branding corner, beach flags, and pop-up counter, as well as WHU panels. A logo wall for a stage and a check-in desk also offer a co-branded option if the event is in collaboration with WHU.
Branding Package L
Our largest option includes the basic items, such as the branding corner and beach flags, along with larger physical elements, including hanging banners, the WHU logo as a 3D feature, and a speaker podium with a digital screen. This setup is ideal for large-scale events such as graduations.
